The classic WIESE Continuous Bucket Conveyor

Conveying in tight spaces, gentle conveying of products, high speeds and long service lives possible, no transfer sections, robust, quiet

The “SEB” continuous bucket conveyor is the tried and trusted method of conveying products from the most fields of industries without loss or damage to the conveyed product.

Outline
Conveying is carried out horizontally-vertically-horizontally in tight spaces without any other transfer sections.
The layout can be z-shaped, c-shaped, a cascade or just horizontal.
The SEB1/05 und SEB2/05 bucket conveyors are a new generation: they are comprised of large buckets, but smaller components - like the narrow rubber chain, smaller support rollers and end rollers - so the casing is smaller and compacter and conveying capacity greater.
All types are low maintenance.
ATEX certification can be issued.
A standard type suitable for foodstuffs is possible.

Benefits
The different leg length can be chosen without any limitations
Products are metered instead of being scooped on, which means particularly gentle conveying.
The number of in-feed points can be selected.
The basic concept of an interconnected continuous bucket belt means a high level of stability, high conveying speeds and substantial conveying capacities.
High running speeds and long service lives can be achieved.
This system is quiet, provides a high level of availability, with minimum downtimes and little maintenance required.

Bucket belt
The bucket belt is a continuous, stable belt, made of individual polyamide buckets, connected to one another with flexible flaps.
The buckets are connected to the upper blocks of the rubber chain with rods made of flexible fibreglass-reinforced polyester, which are affixed with stainless steel spring ferrules.
The individual buckets can be detached from and re-inserted into the continuous bucket belt system.
At the in-feed point, the continuous bucket belt is sealed with brushes or silicone flaps.
The goods conveyed rest during the conveying process loss-free in the buckets and using their own gravity to slide out of the bucket at the discharge.
Depending on the material to be conveyed, their suitability for food products or the temperature of the goods conveyed, the connecting flaps on the bucket belt are available in Neoprene, Perbunane, EPDM or Silicone.
The buckets’ materials, such as for example fibre glass reinforced polyamide, ABS or polypropylene are in line with the requirements of each of the goods conveyed.

Usage
Dry to damp, flaky to powdery, frozen, from -40°C, to hot at + 130°C, abrasive to aggressive, soft to rock-hard goods are conveyed.
